Teaching
Current teaching interests include graph theory, linear algebra,
abstract algebra, discrete mathematics, and mathematics and music.
This fall, I am slated to teach Math 12 (Linear Algebra I) and Math 171
(Abstract Algebra).
Research
Current research interests include graph theory, voting theory, and
computational noncommutative harmonic analysis (i.e., Fourier analysis
on finite groups). I am particuarly interested in finding, exploring,
and describing applications of the representation theory of finite
groups with the help of my research students.
Outreach
If you are a teacher in the Los Angeles area, you might be interested in our popular outreach program called Pathways. Visit the Pathways website to learn more about who we are, what we do, and why we do it!
