2008 HMC Mathematics Conference on Nonlinear Functional Analysis
General Information
The mathematics department at Harvey Mudd College hosted the tenth annual Harvey Mudd College Mathematics Conference (previously known as the Mt. Baldy Mathematics Conference) on Saturday, October 25, 2008.
This year's topic was nonlinear functional analysis. Keynote speakers discussed applications of nonlinear functional analysis and future directions for such research.
The conference was sponsored by the mathematics department at Harvey Mudd College, the Claremont Center for the Mathematical Sciences (CCMS), and the National Science Foundation.
The organizer was Alfonso Castro.
