Mathematics Clinic Resources for Participants, 2009–2010

This section of the mathematics Clinic website is devoted to collecting resources for use by partipants in one of the department's Clinic projects during the 2009–2010 school year.

This year, we have three projects to choose from.

Resources

  • The Mathematics Clinic in Brief: A Handbook describes the history and background of the Clinic program and includes a great deal of useful information about the program
  • Forms collects various forms that you will need to fill out and submit to participate in the Clinic program or that will be of use throughout the year
  • Projects includes summaries of the various projects available
  • The HMC Clinic Report Class page contains information about obtaining and using the hmcclinic LaTeX document class for creating your Clinic team's project report.
  • The HMC Poster Class page provides information about our hmcposter LaTeX document class, which can be used to create a poster for display during Presentation Days. More information about the poster creation/printing process is available on our poster printing page.
  • Before you start working on your poster, be sure to read about creating good posters, as some of the things mentioned on that page are necessary for your poster to be acceptable.
