Mathematical Modeling of Local Tumor Morphology with Chemotherapy and Immune Treatments
In this project we will take a previously proposed cancer model which uses PDE's to simulate chemical diffusion combined with a cellular automata to model the biological cell behavior. To this we have added a chemo treatment and immune system. In this thesis we will mathematically analysis this system using Markov chains and try to find an optimal chemo/immune treatment combination.
