Optimizing Cancer Treatment
New treatment strategies for cancer allow give doctors and patients many more options. However, it is difficult to determine exactly what treatment schedule should be used in any given situation except by trial and error. My project will be to model the effects of treatment on tumor-immune dynamics and then determine what combination of treatments is most effective.
