The code can be compiled with the included Makefile.  It should be run
from a terminal.  With no options, it will print out a summary of
results.  With the "-v" flag, it will produce a semi-graphical dispaly
on a terminal (using text) of the system states.  Currently, it is not
possible to change model parameters except in the source code.
