Instruction:

Import m-files called aids and aids2
Aids is an m-file for Thompson's model and aid2 is an m-file for the new
model.
To vary the projection time, change tspan to 12*the number of years in
interest.
Initial values of populations can be changed by the parameter called "init."
Different kinds of graphs such as that of numbers of population or the
fraction of the infective population can be obtained by uncommenting from
aids2 file.
