Textbook

Linear Algebra, 3rd ed. by David Poole.

Grading

There will be homework and two exams, each contributing 25% to you final grade. The remaining 25% of your grade will be based on class participation and the maximum of your homework and exam scores.

Homework

Written homework will be due twice a week at the beginning of class. You are encouraged to discuss the homework with your classmates, and it is appropriate to acknowledge the assistance of others. You will, however, be expected to write up your solutions on your own. The instructors reserve the right to refuse to accept late homework, and your lowest homework score will not be used to compute your homework average.

Disabilities

Students who need disability-related accommodations are encouraged to discuss this with the instructors as soon as possible.
