are encouraged. But you must write up your own solutions. Before
tackling any problems, read the relevant section of the text and
review your lecture notes. Consult with the faculty, the tutor or
your classmates about matters that are unclear to you. NEVER LET
YOURSELF FALL BEHIND.

Note
- I am trying my best to help you succeed in this
course. Trust me, I am on your side. However, you must try your best.
This is a very challenge course. At beginning, often in a homework problem,
you will have hard time to write a proof clearly of something that seems
obvious to you geometrically. Of course, finally, you will get used to it if
you work hard enough. I am here to help you to build or enhance the skills of
going back and forth from geometric observations to mathematical
descriptions and equations. That are the skills you need no matter
you choose industrial employment or a graduate school in the future!
