News:
One
thing that is important to every mathematician is the Mathematics
Genealogy
Project. Basically it's like
a gigantic family tree
-- except that instead of having a biological mother or father, you
have your past advisor as a "parent", and to them, you are their
"descendant". Thus overall, we have a huge tree with famous math
professors running around everywhere. Go check it out here.
